Nagasaki Sara Udon
(Crispy Noodles)
Literally translated to "Plate Noodles" Sara Udon is a staple in the Nagasaki Prefecture. Crispy, thin, fried noodles are served with a thick sauce made of stir-fried vegetables and seafood mixed with original chicken-based sauce. Regardless of the season, this noodle dish can be enjoyed all year round.
Recommended ingredients include fried prawns, fried squid, pork, bean sprouts, cabbage, carrots, and boiled quail eggs.

Cooking Instructions
Stove Top
1. Add 1 package of soup seasoning base and 280 ml water into a bowl. Mix well and set aside.
2. Add 1.5 tsp of cooking oil to a 12-inch skillet on medium heat. Stir fry your choice of protein until almost fully cooked. Add vegetables and stir fry until tender and crispy. Lower the heat, add soup seasoning mixture, and constantly stir until sauce thickens.
3. Place one package of crispy noodles onto a plate and gently crush the noodles. Pour cooked toppings onto noodles, serve hot, and enjoy.
For an added zest, feel free to drizzle some vinegar for a refreshing taste.
