Instructions
1) Add 1 package of sara udon soup base and 280ml water into a bowl. Mix well and set aside.
2) Add 1 1/2 teaspoon of cooking oil in a skillet on medium heat. Stir fry your choice of protein and veggies until fully cooked.
Lower the heats, add soup seasoning mixture and constantly stirs until sauce thickens.
3) Place one package of crispy noodles onto a plate and gently crush the noodles.
Pour cooked toppings onto noodles.
4) Serve with vinegar if you like and enjoy!
