  2. Preparation: Before cooking, thoroughly loosen the noodles.
  3. Cooking Time: The cooking time varies by the noodle thickness.
    30-240 seconds depends on the thickness.
    Once the noodles are cooked, drain well and quickly put into broth.

 

We have different cook times for all different recipes/cutter size/ thickness.
