This article will focus on our thin noodles, exploring their allure in detail.
Features of THIN STRAIGHT RAMEN NOODLES
Thin, straight noodles are primarily used in Japan's Kyushu region, especially in Hakata style tonkotsu ramen. These noodles are characterized by their low water content and chewy texture.
The flour is chosen for its perfect balance of flavor and firmness, based on traditional Hakata style ramen methods. Furthermore, since thin noodles tend to gettting soggy quickly in the soup, we use special techniques with ingredients to make the noodles more resistant to getting soggy. Our thin noodles are not only thin but also have a strong, firm texture, making them a perfect match for the soup.
