Instructions
1) Boil bok choy with hot water and a pinch of salt.
2) Cook Niku Miso.
3) Cook the noodles.
4) While the noodles are boiling, prepare the soup.
Boil 1 1/4 cups (300 ml) of water.
Put the soup base in a bowl and dissolve the soup base in the boiling water. Add 3 tbsp Japanese sesame dressing. Mix well.
5) Drain all the water from the noodles and place them into the bowl.
6) Add all the toppings into the bowl and enjoy!
