Ingredients

 

  • Your choice of protein (1.7oz, 50g)
  • 1/2 small carrot bite size cut
  • 1/2 small onion bite size cut
  • 1/2 small potato bite size cut
  • 1 Japanese curry roux
  • 1 cup water

 

 

Instructions

Cook Japanese Curry

1) Cut all the ingredients to bite size

2) Put oil in a pot and sautee all the curry ingredients.

3) Add water and bring it to a boil.

4) Remove scum.

5) Turn off heat and add curry roux to dissolve.

6) When the roux is melted, cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.

 

Cook the Ramen

1) Cook the noodles.

2) Drain well.

3) Put the soup base in a bowl and pour boiling water to make ramen soup.

4) Add the cooked ramen noodles in the bowl with soup.

 

Top the curry on the ramen

1) Add the curry on the miso ramen. Enjoy!
