Soup
- 1 serving Shoyu Ramen or Tokyo Shoyu Ramen Soup Base
- 1 1/4 cups or 300 ml Hot Water

Instructions
1) Prepare garnish.
Cut the white part of the Japanese leek into 5 cm long lengths.
Cut chashu pork into desired size.
2) Cook the noodles.
3) While the noodles are boiling, prepare the soup.
Boil 1 1/4 cups (300 ml) of water.
Put the soup base in a bowl and dissolve the soup base in the boiling water. Mix the soup base and hot water well.
4) Drain the boiled noodles thoroughly.
5) Put the noodles into the bowl with ramen soup.
6) Add chashu, green onions, and beni shoga, etc. as desired.
6) Pour only soup into a ramen bowl first, and then add cooked noodles after. If you put the noodles in an empty bowl, the oil in the soup does not adhere to the noodles evenly. Enjoy!
