Ingredients
Ramen Noodles
- 1 serving Yamachan Tonkotsu Ramen Noodles
- At least 6¼ cups or 1.5L of Water
Soup
- 1 serving Yamachan Tonkotsu Ramen Soup Base
- 2/3 cup or 150 ml Hot Water
- 2/3 cup or 150 ml Milk
Toppings
- 1 Egg (sunny side up)
- 1 Bacon (pan-fried)
- 2 Sausage of Your Choice (pan-fried)
- 1 tbsp Green Onion (finely chopped)
Instructions
1) Cook the ramen toppings first. Pan-fry all the toppings you want to add to your morning ramen. Egg, Bacon, Sausage, or even hash browns!
Cut the green onion into fine chops.
You can add more or customize your toppings as you like!
2) Cook the noodles.
3) Prepare the soup in a separate pot. Pour water, milk, and the soup base into a pot and bring it to boil. Please be careful not to overheat as it continues to easily spill from the pot.
4) Pour only soup into a ramen bowl first, and then add cooked noodles after. If you put the noodles in an empty bowl, the oil in the soup does not adhere to the noodles evenly.
5) To finish, top with the breakfast toppings nicely over the ramen. Enjoy!
