These noodles are suitable for any homemade customized ramen soup, or kaedama (extra noodles) for any Yamachan Ramen packages. For best results, do not refreeze thawed noodles. Cooking Instructions
Noodles for Hot Soup or Stir Fry Noodles
In a pot of 1.5 L of unsalted boiling water, cook noodles for 1.5 mins, (If frozen, 2.5 mins) and loosen the noodles with chopsticks. The temperature of the water needs to be as high as the boiling point and let the noodles swim. Drain the water thoroughly.
Noodles for Cold Dishes
In a pot of 1.5 L of unsalted boiling water, cook noodles for 2.5-4.5 mins and loosen the noodles with chopsticks. The temperature of the water needs to be as high as the boiling point and let the noodles swim. Rinse with cold water and drain the water thoroughly.
