Day 1 & 2 – Factory Tour, Lecture, Noodles and Soup Base
Student will be learning basic type of soup. Shoyu, Miso, Shio, Tonkotsu and Paitan.
You will be learning everything from the scratch. Meaning from the bones.
Day 3 – Original soup base, flavored oil and type of noodles
Continue learning about Shoyu, Miso, Shio, Tonkyotsu and Chicken soup base.
Also learn how to make flavor oil and match to the original base.
Also you will be leaning which noodle match the soup base.
Day 4 – Toppings
You will be learning about how to make different types of topping from scratch.
Such as three different types of Chashu, Menma, Ajitsuke Eggs etc.
Day 5 – Make us your ramen. Graduation !!!
Student will prepare their own original ramen from what they learned in 5 days. Graduation.
