1. PRESSING
After mixing dry and wet ingredients. The noodles get rolled and rested for about 30min.

2. STRETCHING
Then the noodle roll goes through multiple rollers to be stretched. This process is specifically to size down to a desired noodle thickness. Stretching the noodle can even out the surface. Gluten in the noodle adds to chewiness.

3. CUTTING
We have multiple sized cutters for noodles. Width of noodles is determined by the size of the cutter blade. The weight of the noodles is determined by adjusting the amount of time to cut the noodles.

4. DUSTING
The noodles are sprinkled with cornstarch. Cornstarch helps the noodles not stick to each other.

5. QUALITY CONTROL
Each noodle is checked to make sure the quality of the noodles meets NTF’s QC standard.

6. PACKAGING/ SHIPPING
The noodles are packaged in different styles. Finally, noodles are going to be packed and shipped to customers all over US and Canada.
