1. PRESSING
After mixing dry and wet ingredients.
The noodles get rolled and rested for about 30min.

2. STRETCHING
Then the noodle roll goes through multiple rollers to be stretched.
This process is specifically to size down to a desired noodle thickness.. For stretching the noodle and even out the surface to create gluten for chewiness.

3. CUTTING
We have multiple sized of cutters for noodles.
Width of noodles is determined by the size of the cutting blade.
The weight of the noodles is determined by adjusting the amount of time to cut the noodles.

4. DUSTING
The noodles are being sprinkled by cornstarch.
Cornstarch helps the noodles to not stick to each other.

5. QUALITY CONTROL
Each noodles are checked here to make sure quality of the noodles meets NTFsQC standard.

6. PACKAGING/ SHIPPING
The nooldes are packaged by different styles.
Finally, noodles are going to be packed and shipped to customers all over US and Canada.
